Blize Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility in the Bay Area. This position requires flexibility as it is open territory.Job Description:Taking the patient's vitals, tracking symptoms, and other details of the patient's condition.Administering medication, change wound dressings, and care for other treatment options.Consulting with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients.Performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests.Responsible and accountable for the delivery and coordination of patient care and the application of the nursing process, during after-hours and weekends.Required Skills & Qualifications:One year of nursing experience.Home Health or Hospice experience strongly preferred.Provide skilled nursing services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff.Physical strength and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed.Benefits:Health insurance.Dental insurance.Vision insurance.401(k).Paid time off.Mileage/fuel reimbursement.License/Certification:Current RN license.Valid BLS certification.Driver's License (Required).
