Job Summary

We are actively seeking a Manager of IT Infrastructure and Operations to join our team to lead Blitzoo’s IT operations as Blitzoo produces its next generation of casino games. The position will plan, organize, staff, and manage overall IT operations to ensure stable operations. The Manager of IT Infrastructure and Operations will work closely with department leadership and with the executive team on many aspects of technical operations including developing, maintaining, supporting network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, and telecom systems.

Salary Range: $100k - 150k Stock Options

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of and experience with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.
• Participate in development of IT strategies in collaboration with the executive team and department leaders.
• Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, monitoring, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, firewall, wireless, Internet, Intranet, security, virtual servers, and so on.
• Define hardware and software standards in conjunction with owners and stakeholders.
• Actively manage IT assets and maintain regular written and in-person communications with leadership.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot all company Windows PCs and end-user software.
• Establish RTOs and RPOs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Troubleshoot issues with network infrastructure.
• Able and willing to dive into unexplored technologies.
• Potential to interact with Kubernetes, MongoDB and related DevOps technologies.
• On-call availability as needed.
  
  

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred with 4 years of related experience with managing and delivering infrastructure design and operational excellence.
• Windows PC support
• Microsoft 365 administration to include Office, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
• DevOps collaboration, culture and practice familiarity/interest is preferred.
• Knowledge of current industry protocols and standards.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge about IaaS and SaaS business models.
• Experience with identifying and mitigating risks.
• Very detail oriented and quality focused.
• Strategic thinker with solid reasoning and decision-making skills.
• Solid listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• Approachable.
