We’re looking for reliable, creative, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Event Staff Team. This is a per-diem, on-call position supporting events across the East End of Long Island — from Westhampton Beach to Montauk. Ideal candidates are flexible, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-site event production and breakdown
- Assemble and transport floral arrangements and event decor
- Pack and load vehicles with event materials and supplies
- Film behind-the-scenes and content footage for social media
- Drive to and from event sites across the Hamptons and surrounding areas
- Follow day-of timelines and task lists with precision and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized event workspace
Requirements:
- Must have availability most Fridays through Sundays; last-minute shifts are common
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative
- Professionalism in client-facing settings
- Interest or experience in floral design, events, or content creation is a plus
