Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Pool Desk Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-managed pool area. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests, works well independently, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Staff and operate the pool desk throughout your scheduled shift.
- Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service.
- Verify guest room numbers and confirm pool access eligibility.
- Distribute and collect pool towels.
- Monitor the pool area to ensure guests are following all posted pool rules and safety guidelines.
- Politely address rule violations and report any concerns to management when necessary.
- Maintain an organized and professional pool desk area.
- Collect and transport used towels and linens to the designated laundry area.
- Restock clean towels and supplies as needed.
- Keep the pool deck clean, neat, and guest-ready throughout the day.
- Assist guests with general questions regarding pool amenities and policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to lift and carry bags of towels and linens.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
