Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner
- Educate customers on products, including flower, concentrates, edibles, and accessories (training provided, but prior knowledge is a plus)
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all state and local regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns promptly and respectfully
- Support daily operations including restocking, inventory checks, and opening/closing duties
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older (required)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn product knowledge and compliance requirements
- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
