Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tampa, FL. As a Production Assistant, you will support day-to-day production operations, including assisting with product preparation, maintaining quality standards, and monitoring equipment efficiency. You will help ensure products meet company quality benchmarks by conducting routine checks and providing feedback. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the production team to meet deadlines and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Qualified candidate will have the opportunity to advance quickly to higher positions/pay structure.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Assistance and familiarity with production processes
