STUDIO DIRECTOR (Full-Time)
Bliss Fitness Studio | Women’s Boutique Fitness
Bliss Fitness Studio is a women-centered boutique fitness space offering pole, aerial, dance, flexibility, and strength training. We are known for delivering a high-quality, supportive, and elevated client experience.
We are hiring a Studio Director to help lead daily operations, support the team, and contribute to the overall performance and growth of the studio.
This is a leadership role for someone who is confident taking ownership, enjoys making decisions, and can support the studio in running smoothly day-to-day.
What You’ll Do. Studio Operations
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations and help ensure everything runs smoothly
- Manage staff scheduling and maintain consistent shift coverage
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and overall studio standards
- Use Mindbody for scheduling, bookings, and reporting
Team Leadership
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of front desk staff
- Help guide team performance, accountability, and consistency
- Lead team meetings and ongoing training
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive team environment
Client Experience
- Help ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience
- Support the full client journey from first inquiry through ongoing membership
- Handle client questions or concerns with professionalism and care
Sales and Studio Performance
- Support membership sales, lead conversion, and client retention
- Track key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in executing promotions, events, and revenue-focused initiatives
Marketing Support
- Support the execution of marketing efforts (social media, email, promotions)
- Help maintain consistency in brand presence and communication
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a leadership or senior role within boutique fitness, wellness, or a service-based environment
- Strong background in client experience and sales
- Someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable making decisions
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable learning and using systems (Mindbody, Google Drive; Canva/social media a plus)
- Available for afternoon/evening shifts and occasional weekends
Schedule
- 35–40 hours per week
- Primarily afternoons and evenings
Compensation
- $38,000 – $45,000/year base
- Monthly performance bonus: $300 – $1,000 based on studio performance
