The Role & Schedule
- Schedule: Predictable weekday shifts, Monday–Friday.
- Run the Floor: You will operate and troubleshoot direct mail inserters, owning the quality and consistency of your runs.
- Maintenance & Setup: You will diagnose mechanical issues on the fly, clear jams, and perform routine maintenance to keep the machines dialed in.
- Logistics: You will manage the delivery of mail to the USPS bulk mail center.
- Continuous Growth: You will cross-train to operate cutters, folders, and digital printers (we will fully train you on these if you lack experience).
- Leadership: Step up when needed in our "dynamic leadership" culture—you will mentor newer team members, share workflow improvements, and manage yourself so others do not have to.
What You Bring (Core Requirements)
- Direct Experience (Must-Have): Real, hands-on experience running mailing inserters or similar direct mail equipment. Please specifically list the equipment you have operated on your resume; applications without this will not be considered.
- Mechanical Aptitude: You are mechanically inclined and comfortable adjusting complex machinery on the fly.
- Big-Picture Mindset: You do not just want to punch in and out; you are curious about how the entire operation fits together and take great pride in your craft.
