YOUR ROLE (Leadership Operations Sales)

As Assistant Site Manager, you help lead the site day-to-day and set the tone for the team.

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members
• Deliver a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience
• Train on product knowledge
• Drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site
• Train team members on service, safety, and sales expectations
• Step in and lead the site in the Manager’s absence
• Identify issues quickly and take action
• Train & assist with scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.).
• Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service industry preferred
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards
• Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style
• Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Fast-paced and active environment
• Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure
• Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
  
  

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

• Stand/walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Operate car wash equipment as needed
