Job Overview
Join our Williston team! We are an action-packed counter service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Burgers, egg sandwiches, coffee, crispy chicken sandwiches, protein rich grain bowls, smoothies and other such delights. Full time benefits include health, life, vision/dental insurance, paid time off, and other perks.
We are looking for full availability, available weekends. Kitchen experience a plus. 20-30 hours per week.
Pay:
This is a tipped position, base rate is $14.50 an hour plus tips.
Total Average Earnings estimated depending on hours & schedule worked.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure all food is handled safely and meets health standards.
- Assist in meal preparation and plating for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and efficient food delivery.
- Make coffee, smoothies, milkshakes, and other beverages for guests.
- Take orders and assist guests, handle Toast POS system
Skills
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve customers with enthusiasm.
