Painting Apprentice
Blish Painting is currently restructuring and growing, and we’re looking for a serious, dependable candidate to join our team as a Painting Apprentice.
This is a paid hourly position with part-time to full-time hours and an opportunity to grow within the company.
No professional painting experience is required. You will work directly alongside the owner and learn our painting process from the ground up, including proper preparation, application techniques, jobsite protection, and professional finishing.
Work includes:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Residential repaints
- New construction
- Trim, doors, and cabinets
- Caulking, sanding, masking, and surface preparation
- Brush, roller, and spray application
- Jobsite setup, protection, and cleanup
- Ladder work, including working approximately 24–30 feet in the air

Previous painting experience is welcome, but you must be willing to learn and follow the processes and standards taught by Blish Painting. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn our system rather than bring shortcuts or bad habits from previous jobs.
