About the Role
The Workforce Management Real-Time Analyst will join our Patient Services Operations – Operational Excellence team. This role plays a critical part in monitoring real-time contact center and pharmacy operations, ensuring service levels are met through proactive staffing adjustments and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Monitoring real-time performance (service levels, queues, adherence) across contact center and pharmacy operations
Executing intraday staffing adjustments (breaks, lunches, OT, VTO, queue reassignments)
Communicating risks, gaps, and recommendations to operations leadership
Partnering with Forecasting, Scheduling, and Operations teams
Maintaining dashboards and real-time performance reports
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Schedule & Location:
Onsite – Pittsburgh, PA
Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40‑hour work week)
Training (first month): 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with WFM tools (Assembled preferred)
Strong analytical skills; Excel/Google Sheets required
Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive mindset
