What Youâll Do
- Handle inbound calls to assist patients, doctors, and insurers.
- Provide accurate patient care and triage issues to appropriate teams.
- Document call details and maintain confidentiality.
- Stay updated on product changes and share feedback to improve processes.
What Weâre Looking For
- Bilingual Korean (with strong English proficiency).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorâs degree preferred.
- Customer service or inbound call center experience required.
- Healthcare or pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Location & Schedule
- On-site: Pittsburgh, PA.
- Full-time position.
- MondayâFriday shifts between 8 AM â 9 PM (various schedules).
- Option for 4-day, 10-hour shifts (10 AM â 8 PM).
- Rotating Saturday shifts (9 AM â 5 PM).
- Flexibility required as schedules may change.
