Job Overview
We are seeking an Accounting Clerk for our Cleveland, TN office. This position will be part of a team in our Accounting department and assist with day-to-day financial operations for multiple branch locations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create work order tickets for field installations
Invoice jobs through accounting system, and send invoices to customer or enter in online builder portals
Create proposals for customers in accounting system as requested
Reconcile customer payment remittances against invoiced jobs
Take payments from retail customers through online system
Answer incoming calls through electronic phone system (Zoom Phone)
Assist with any other accounting functions as needed
Requirements:
Provide excellent customer service
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment
Motivated to help others
Excellent attention to detail
Intermediate computer and typing skills, including ability to work on multiple monitors and software systems simultaneously
Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Basic math skills are required
Previous accounting experience is preferred
Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
