Responsibilities
- Conduct customer consultations to understand needs and recommend appropriate powersports products
- Maintain thorough product knowledge across motorcycles, ATVs/UTVs, and personal watercraft
- Facilitate sales transactions both in-store and online
- Coordinate and manage test drives and outdoor demo events
- Assist customers with financing options and programs
- Engage in regular follow-up to provide post-sale support and build customer relationships
