What You Will Do...
- Document technical risks, requirements, issues and training
- Communicate across company teams to ensure appropriate usage
- Customize and update products, features and documentation
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to execute technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems internally and for clients
- Assist customers in scheduling repairs
- Attitude is everything - greet service department customers promptly and courteously
- Strive to meet highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving customers' issues in professional and timely manner
- Ensure pre-authorization, filing and submission of warranty claims in a timely manner
- High School or Equivalent Education.
- HVAC experience required
- Familiarity with Manufactured Housing equipment (including gas and electric furnaces, A/C's and heat pumps) a plus
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Strong written, verbal and organization skills
- Superior time management and prioritization skills
- Professional phone etiquette skills a must
- Good computer skills
- Ability to lift 100 pounds.
