Position Summary
The Plumbing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and financial management skills to successfully manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and maintain client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Review blueprints, specifications, and contracts to determine project scope and strategy.

Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and schedules; track and manage job costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and field crews to ensure proper staffing and workflow.

Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scope review, contracts, and performance.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and progress compliance.

Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, and internal teams.

Identify and resolve project issues or conflicts to maintain schedules.

Prepare and submit change orders, RFIs, and progress billings.

Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting for leadership.
Qualifications

5 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in project management, supervision, or estimating.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation practices, and Arizona plumbing codes.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

Proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management software a plus.

Strong financial acumen with knowledge of job costing and project budgets.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
