Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Restaurant to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Duties

  • Lead and supervise front-of-house department
  • Expand and maintain wine program
  • Manage POS systems, Spoton, for accurate order processing and cash handling
  • Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies
  • Train, develop, and mentor staff on customer service excellence and operational procedures
  • Handle shift management responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal staffing levels
  • Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions to foster a motivated team environment

Skills

  • Extensive experience in food service management for fine dining restaurants
  • Proven supervisory experience with team management, training & development, and leadership skills
  • Expertise in food preparation techniques, culinary experience, and kitchen management practices
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Competency in inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis to maximize profitability
  • Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and health regulations in the hospitality industry
