Duties
- Lead and supervise front-of-house department
- Expand and maintain wine program
- Manage POS systems, Spoton, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies
- Train, develop, and mentor staff on customer service excellence and operational procedures
- Handle shift management responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal staffing levels
- Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions to foster a motivated team environment
Skills
- Extensive experience in food service management for fine dining restaurants
- Proven supervisory experience with team management, training & development, and leadership skills
- Expertise in food preparation techniques, culinary experience, and kitchen management practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Competency in inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis to maximize profitability
