What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at Bleu Oaks Cafe?
We are looking for a detail oriented cook/kitchen worker to join our team. Currently open for lunch only. (CLOSED SUNDAYS & MAJOR HOLIDAYS).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare perfect food for every guest
- Strictly adhere to all food safety procedures
- Ability to work quickly & efficiently to ensure guests receive their orders in a timely manner
- Help keep restaurant clean by cleaning as you go & properly cleaning/closing down the kitchen at the end of the night
- Work with & support the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations and a pleasant work environment
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to work quickly & efficiently
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of food safety
- Must be dependable & punctual
- Able to stand 6-8 hrs at a time
