PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a fleet or subcontractor opportunity. Applicants must personally own and operate their cargo van. No third-party driver companies or dispatch services.
Bleu Bay Courier LLC is actively hiring THREE (3) reliable Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers for medium parcel delivery routes throughout the Glendale/Phoenix area.
If you own a cargo van, are dependable, and can handle physically demanding routes, we want to hear from you.
Position Details
- Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday
- Full delivery days required
- Daily driving may exceed 100–150 miles depending on route volume
- Average 70–100 stops/packages per day
- Weekly pay
- Immediate start available after the completion of your onboarding documents
Pay
- $210–$300 per route/day (Based on volume which changes daily)
- Routes available for dependable drivers
Requirements
- Cargo Van REQUIRED (No rented Cargo Vans will be accepted. NO SUVs, minivans, or pickup trucks)
- Must be available 4 out of the 5 scheduled days each week
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance
- Smartphone with reliable service
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable van in good working condition
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Must work independently and complete routes without supervision
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently complete assigned delivery routes
- Load, scan, and deliver packages accurately
- Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the day
- Provide proof of delivery using smartphone apps
- Represent Bleu Bay Courier professionally with customers
Important Expectations
This position is physically demanding and requires long hours on the road. Drivers must be comfortable:
- Delivering 100 packages daily
- Driving 100–150 miles per day
- Working independently for extended periods
- Covering all assigned deliveries before ending their route
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Drivers are responsible for their own:
- Fuel costs
- Vehicle maintenance
- Insurance and operating expenses
