This position is responsible for performing echocardiograms on all patients, assisting physicians with transesophageal and stress echocardiogram protocols and a variety of other cardiology procedures/tests and related functions as ordered by a physician/LIP under the indirect supervision of a Registered Cardiac Ultrasonographer.
This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Missions of Blessing Health Systems. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required

Education/Training/Experience
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Successful completion of, at minimum, a single two-year allied health education program that is patient-care related.
- Successful completion of a general, medical or sonographic physics class/seminar/course
- Previous healthcare experience.
