About Blessed & Styled
Blessed & Styled is a Christian-owned women’s boutique focused on bringing trendy, feminine, and modest styles to teens and young women. We’re looking for multiple upbeat, dependable, and fashion-loving individuals to join our growing team!
This position is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and is comfortable creating fun social media content.
What You’ll Do
As a Boutique Sales Associate, you’ll help create a welcoming and exciting shopping experience both in-store and online.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful customer service
- Helping customers find pieces and style outfits
- Operating the checkout/POS system
- Restocking and organizing merchandise
- Assisting with visual merchandising and store displays
- Keeping the boutique clean, organized, and customer-ready
- Helping create photos, TikToks, Reels, stories, and other social media content
- Being comfortable appearing in boutique social media content when needed
- Helping showcase new arrivals, promotions, and boutique events
- Assisting with other day-to-day boutique tasks as needed

Previous retail, customer service, fashion, or social media experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right person!
Schedule
- Approximately 6-10 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Weekend availability as needed
- Some holiday availability may be needed
- Availability for certain game days, special events, launches, or busy boutique weekends may be needed
Pay & Perks
