We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services for residential homes, short term rentals (STRS), office spaces, and occasional post-construction properties ensuring a clean, sanitized, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning techniques and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is highly valued. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Utilize proper cleaning techniques for floors, carpets, and upholstery, including carpet cleaning and floor care
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout each property
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning products to promote a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and laundry management
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at client locations
