Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms.
• Execute detailed floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and maintaining various flooring types.
• Manage laundry services by washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens to ensure freshness and order.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, cleaning appliances, and ensuring all areas meet health guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients’ preferences, communicating professionally, and addressing any special requests or concerns.
• Use janitorial and custodial equipment effectively to deliver efficient cleaning results across different home environments.
• Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required, ensuring safety and cleanliness in food handling areas.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
• Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring surfaces.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Experience in laundry management and household chores such as organizing closets or kitchen areas.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices or hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:

Must have own vehicle and cleaning supplies, must pass background check

Pay: $22.25 - $27.00 per hour
