Program Specialist Job Description:
- Oversee Direct Support Staff and Individuals with disabilities in Marion and Bucyrus, Ohio.
- Oversight of approximately 3-6 homes.
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with coworkers, JFS and county board case managers, guardians, advocates and most importantly the individuals we serve.
- Working together as a team with all staff to help ensure quality of service.
- Completing schedules for the homes you are assigned.
- Following up on QA's
- Completing tasks for compliance.
- Main office is located in Marion County (Prospect address). Office responsibilities are completed at this office, the homes are located in the Marion and Bucyrus area.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- High School Diploma/GED
- Drivers License and Car Insurance
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have open availability for emergencies
