About the opportunity
I am a fashion designer and the founder of Bles Wellness and Apparel, with 16 years of hands-on experience in massage and esthetics and four spas built over my career. I am looking to partner with a licensed massage therapist who has their own place of practice, to build their revenue and, over time, open a wellness center or spa together.
This is a free, one-year mentorship. I provide the marketing, the bookings, and the business guidance while you continue to practice from your own space. You are not my employee, and I am not your boss.
What I provide
- Bookings sent to your place of practice through my marketing system
- Online listings, your booking page, and a profile on our website
- Automated reminders, rebooking, texts, and emails
- Mentorship in billing, sales, and how to use my marketing system for your own practice
- An easy-to-use app you can use for your own clients too
- Direct access to me by phone, plus a group of other therapists building alongside you!
Where this can lead
My goal is to grow with the therapists I partner with. If our work aligns after the mentorship year, I can open a business that you run and manage, and in which you earn sweat equity. Any ownership would be set out in a separate written agreement at that stage.
Pay
- $46 per completed service hour for promotional clients we send you
- $70 per completed service hour for full-price and membership clients
- 60% of the amount collected for featured services priced above $150 per service hour

- Paid once a month
Requirements
- Current massage therapy license in your state
- Your own place of practice
- Liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence
- We recommend at least 20 hours a week in your office, available for booking
Terms
- Independent contractor partnership
- Free to join, with no membership or marketing fees
- We request one year of partnership. If it is clearly not working for both of us, we ask for 30 days' notice to end the agreement.
- Limited to one therapist per state
