We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and bilingual Front of House Team Member to join our team. This person will be responsible for providing great customer service, taking customer orders and payments, and preparing smoothies in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude
- Take orders accurately and handle payments/cash register
- Prepare smoothies and drinks according to recipes
- Answer customer questions about menu items
- Keep the front area clean, organized, and stocked
- Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining excellent service
- Communicate clearly with both customers and team members
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling payments and using a register/POS system
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Food service experience is a plus, but not required
