Repair Technician Restaurant Ovens

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician Company to join our team as a Sub-Contractor Company. We will train and will assist the applicant in starting their own business, establish their own LLC, EIN, and obtain their own Insurance Policy. The ideal candidate will be trained in diagnosing and repairing various types of commercial grade ovens, like TurboChef and Amana ovens, located in 7-11s, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Fuel Stations, Tropical Smoothie Cafés, Chili's, Panera Bread and various other restaurants. These positions are sub-contractor positions; meaning, you own your own company (LLC and Insurance Policy).

Best partners supply their own vehicles and tools. Our company supplies the parts, manuals, and videos to assist with repairs. We also expense out (pay your company) within 48 hours of service claims being completed by your company. Our payments are sent via Zelle for faster delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair faulty equipment. Use an electrical meter to conduct readings on capacitors, magnetrons, high voltage transformers, heaters, and microwave systems. To include, conducting voltage and amperage readings on live circuits.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other business owners to troubleshoot complex issues

Skills:

-Proficiency in electricity, specifically, understanding and conducting readings for amperage, voltage, ohms, and capacitance readings.

-Proficiency and understanding in using an ohmmeter for electrical testing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills

Compensation:

• Start at $30.00 an hour while on site of the repair. With growth potential to $50.00 an hour while on site of the repair.
• Travel and drive time to and from the job site is paid at $0.42 a mile and $.042 a minute of drive time. This normally equally approximately $50.40 an hour for the combine miles and minutes of driving to and from the site of the repair.
• We split this up because some of the sub-contractor companies in larger states with congestion remain in traffic longer periods of time so we ensure they are compensated accordingly for their time in traffic or congestion.
