Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations during night shifts
- Supervise, motivate, and support evening staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout the shift
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-night reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality management role would be nice
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and nightly reporting
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
