This multi-faceted, full-time role supports patient case management, combining healthcare management, casework responsibilities, sales, customer service and financial management.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Excellent prioritizing of tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Treatment planning
- Schedule management
- Ongoing case management
- Patient communications and problem-solving
- Patient and clinician scheduling
- Patient payments, insurance claims support and financial reporting
- Building lasting relationships with patients by ensuring their visit with us is a great experience
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer or client facing role
- Outstanding telephone etiquette
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients
- and fellow team members
- Proficiency with MS Office applications -- Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent time management skills to meet goals and deadlines
- Ability to multitask effectively; organized and dependable
- Ability to pick up new processes and technologies quickly
Preferences:
- Associates degree or higher
- Experience in a dental or medical environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Exposure to Dentrix software
- Solutions oriented mindset / an optimistic personality that sees opportunities, not just problems

Work week details: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: DOE, full benefit package, transportation/parking reimbursement allowance, Incentive Program.
