Ad Tech & Integrations Lead

The Opportunity 

We are building a zero-to-one data monetization platform for a major US-based telecommunications company. Our team is responsible for the build, delivery, and commercialization of every aspect of the platform, from AI-driven intelligence to product development and go-to-market motions. As a member of this team you will own the strategy, architecture, and execution of every integration point into the platform’s Intelligence. This is the role for a senior technical leader who thrives on building systems that partners and teams depend on—where clarity in documentation meets technical rigor, and ownership means seeing a connection through from requirements to production support. You'll work directly with engineering and partner teams, translate complex integration challenges into actionable specs, and maintain the systems that power how advertisers connect to our intelligence platform. 

What You'll Own 

• Define the approach and technical requirements for all integration points—APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and data shares 
• Lead the delivery of integration capabilities alongside engineering, ensuring specifications translate cleanly into production 
• Author and maintain comprehensive integration documentation that serves both internal teams and external partners 
• Own ongoing maintenance and issue resolution for live integrations, setting the bar for reliability and responsiveness 
• Represent platform integration capabilities in technical conversations with partners, translating business needs into technical clarity 

Who You Are 

You bring 15 years of depth in ad tech and martech integrations. You're fluent in APIs, data share architectures, and emerging protocols like MCP. You move comfortably between two modes: diving into technical detail with engineers and explaining integration architecture to non-technical partners. Your documentation is clear and complete; your systems are resilient and well-monitored. You've owned integration platforms end-to-end—not just building them, but keeping them running. 

What We're Looking For 

• Deep, hands-on expertise in ad tech and martech integrations—15 years in specialized integration work 
• Strong technical fluency: APIs (REST, GraphQL), data share architectures, authentication protocols, and emerging standards like MCP 
• Proven ability to define integration requirements and translate them into detailed build specifications 
• Experience owning technical documentation at scale, making complex systems accessible to diverse audiences 
• Comfort with production systems: monitoring, debugging, SLAs, incident response, and partner communication under pressure 
• Executive presence: ability to represent integration capabilities in partnership conversations and leadership contexts 
• VP-level judgment: strategic thinking about integration roadmaps, technology choices, and where to invest engineering time 

The starting pay range for this role is $225k - $275k. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
