Role Overview

This role requires evening shifts, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and willingness to work on weekends.

We're hiring a Shipping Station Associate in Columbus, Ohio to help us get patients their medications quickly and accurately. This role is the final, critical step in our fulfillment process - making sure every order is packaged correctly and on its way to the patient who needs it.

Our software guides you through the correct packaging and shipping steps for each order, so you don't need prior pharmacy or shipping experience. What you do need is speed and precision: this role is fast-paced, and every order matters.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve patient medications and place them in the appropriate packaging as directed by our software
• Apply correct shipping labels to mailers, double-checking patient and order details for accuracy
• Prepare and stage completed packages for pickup/shipment on schedule
• Follow software-guided prompts for packaging type, materials, and special handling requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping station
• Flag discrepancies, damaged packaging, or order issues immediately
• Meet daily volume and turnaround targets without sacrificing quality
• Collaborate with pharmacy and fulfillment team members to keep orders moving smoothly
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance protocols, including HIPAA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, even under time pressure
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable following instructions from software systems and adjusting to process updates
• Reliable and punctual; able to consistently work the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or pharmacy experience a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Manual dexterity to handle small components, labels, and packaging materials
