We are seeking a Marketing Execution Manager to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

• Location: Hybrid in NYC preferred, USA remote for those not in the area.(Working EST hours)

This role is execution-heavy and highly detail-oriented, supporting multiple products and campaigns across the portfolio. It’s less about strategy and more about driving flawless execution, ensuring all campaign components are built, approved, and launched correctly.

Marketing Project Managers:

• Act as project manager for marketing campaigns from strategic development to execution hand-off.
• Work on multiple programs simultaneously, manage multiple deadlines and schedules, ensuring all deliverables are met on time with accuracy and excellent quality.
• Interact with multiple cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partners to implement marketing programs.
• Provide status updates, issues for discussion, and guidance as necessary to ensure accurate and timely program execution.
• Manage all creative to align with Branding / Copy / Legal Guidelines.
• Route all campaigns to Legal; facilitate updates and ensure final approval is secured.
• Manage all audits to company quality standards.
• Act as point of contact for library of marketing assets; maintain marketing playbook and keep asset tracker.
• Ensure quality execution of all campaigns with full understanding of and adherence to the client's requirements and departmental procedures.

The starting pay range for this role is $35/ph- $45/ph. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
