Key Responsibilities
- Perform medical evaluations, take detailed medical histories, and analyze health data to create personalized health plans.
- The physician acts as the Primary Care Provider (PCP) who has been assigned to patients.
- Take care of patients' immediate medical needs.
- Undertake medical evaluation, including history and physical examination, laboratory, X-ray, referrals, or other diagnostic studies.
- Evaluate patients and develop a problem list.
- Develop treatment objectives and plans.
- Initiate treatment orders and procedures.
- Educate and counsel patients to promote positive health behaviors and disease prevention.
- Work closely with clinical staff in coordinating and obtaining needed services for patients and families.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- General practitioner or Family Medicine Doctor or Internal Medicine Doctor
- Medical Doctor degree (MD or DO)
- Licensed in the state of CA.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and motivation.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other health technologies.
- Experience with specific wellness modalities like hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or regenerative medicine may be required depending on the practice
Salary : $100 - $125
