- The Program Manager manages the operations of the Transitional Rent and Housing Trio Programs (Housing Transition Navigation Services, Housing Deposits, and Housing Tenancy and Sustaining Services), ensuring high-quality service delivery and coordination across all roles
- Staff Supervision: Recruiting, training, managing, and providing ongoing support to housing navigators.
- Client Support: Ensures staff help members find housing (Housing Transition & Navigation), cover move-in costs (Housing Deposits), and stay housed (Housing Tenancy & Sustaining Services).
- Client Services: Ensuring effective service delivery, managing caseloads (often with housing navigators), addressing client needs (health, housing, benefits), and crisis response.
- Budget & Reporting: Managing program budgets, overseeing data/record keeping, and preparing reports.
- Collaboration: Works with Managed Care Plans, counties, and community organizations to integrate care.
- Compliance: Ensures documentation and services meet program guidelines and quality standards.
