What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Construction Laborer position at Bleeker's Nursery?
Landscape Laborers and foreman needed. Work on irrigation hardscapes or planting crew. No experience required for the labor position. We will train on the job. A good work ethic is required and ablilty to lift 50 pounds. Transportation to the shop in Andover is required. Paid travel time from the shop to jobs in the twin cities area in a company vehicle. Paid sick time, family leave, matching contributions to retirement plan. Starting pay is 22 dollars an hour with a chance to advance.
Experience is required for the lead position in Paver and retaining wall installation. The ability to lead a crew and complete a project from start to finish on your own as well as communicate with the homeowner and follow a landscape plan is required. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Pay rate to match experience.
