Bleachers is looking for a dependable, motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We’re a high-energy bar and live-music venue serving classic bar food with a focus on consistency and speed.
**Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
* Set up and stock stations for service
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
* Work efficiently during busy services
* Communicate and work well with kitchen and front-of-house staff
**Requirements:**
* Line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and during live music events
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
