What You’ll Do:
• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Manage bookings, phone calls, and online scheduling
• Check guests in/out and handle payments
• Keep the front desk and salon clean, organized, and on-brand
• Support stylists and team with daily flow
• Recommend retail products and promote services
• Help create a luxury, seamless guest experience
