Overview
We are urgently hiring experienced Mechanics to join our team. Our fleet is growing and we are facing critical staffing shortages—new hires will step directly into essential maintenance and repair responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on company vehicles and equipment
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
- Collaborate with operations and field teams to prioritize repairs
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a mechanic (fleet, diesel, heavy equipment, or automotive)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage repair priorities
- CDL or ASE certifications a plus, but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various outdoor conditions
