Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment operations.
This is a hands-on, multi-functional role covering receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.
Core Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, label, and put away incoming products.
- Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
- Perform inventory-related system transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancy resolution.
- Follow established procedures for handling and storing chemical products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Provide backup support across warehouse functions as needed.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience (required).
- Specialized Skills: Prior experience handling chemicals or hazardous materials is a strong plus.
- Safety Mindset: Comprehensive understanding of workplace safety regulations and proper material storage techniques.
- Accountable: Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensures tasks are completed accurately and properly.
- Proactive: Takes initiative to identify potential issues and address them before they impact warehouse operations or deliveries.
- Time-Sensitive & Delivery-Focused: Understands the importance of meeting shipping deadlines and prioritizes work to ensure timely delivery.
- Work Style: Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of keeping pace in a demanding, active environment.
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
