BLC is an after-school tutoring center focused on supporting elementary students (grades K–6). The center provides structured academic assistance with pre-prepared materials, emphasizing personalized and small-group instruction.
2. Job Summary
Position: After-School Tutor
Target Students: Elementary (Grades K–6)
Instruction Format:
- One-on-one tutoring
- Small group sessions
- Group lecture format (preferred but not required)
Curriculum: Provided by BLC — no lesson planning required
Additional Duties:
- Light classroom management
- Possible student pickup using company vehicle (within 4–5 miles)
3. Working Hours
- Option 1: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Option 2: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Hours may be adjusted during the interview
