We’re Looking For: We are seeking a Market Sales Director with extensive experience in market leadership and strategic oversight. You will lead a team of Market Sales Managers, driving market share growth and sales team effectiveness. You will lead and manage the team, drive market growth, and ensure the success of franchise activities within assigned territories. This role requires strong leadership skills, market expertise, and a track record of account management and new market launches. This team is responsible for managing the full life cycle of onboarding, retaining, and growing our franchise customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in market/people leadership and strategic planning. You Are: Motivating. You Will: Lead and support market sales teams in your region, setting clear performance expectations and providing coaching and feedback. Analyze market conditions and collaborate with leadership to develop regional strategies for growth. Work with internal teams on go-to-market strategies, sales, and promotions. Take responsibility for new market launches, including hiring and execution. Foster collaboration and a strong team culture through regular communication. Hold the team accountable for all measured and assigned metrics. Partner with internal team members on go-to-market strategies, sales, and promotions. Hire, onboard, and develop a team of driven salespeople equipped to meet market goals.
