Job Summary
BLB Lawn Care & Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Project Lead to oversee and execute outdoor projects from start to finish. This role will lead a small crew (1–2 team members) and ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape projects including mulching, planting, clean-ups, and general landscaping work
- Supervise and work alongside a small crew on job sites
- Operate equipment and oversee daily project tasks
- Ensure quality work and strong attention to detail on every job
- Communicate with team members and help keep projects on schedule
Requirements
- Prior landscaping experience required
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience driving a dump truck and/or truck with trailer preferred
- Ability to lift, work outdoors, and handle physical labor
- Strong work ethic and reliability
