Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate office and basic production-related supplies, monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to avoid disruptions
- Perform accurate data entry related to orders, invoices, shipping details, and production records
- Maintain organized filing systems for operational, financial, and compliance documentation
- Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and providing status updates
- Assist with scheduling, order tracking, and coordination between office staff and the production floor
- Help ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required (associate degree a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for tracking and reporting)
- Experience with inventory tracking, order processing, or ERP systems is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
