Qualifications:
- Active Illinois OT or COTA licensure required (submit with your application)
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
- Ability to commit onsite for full-time 35 hours/week
- Willingness to participate in orientation (August 12th - 14th)
- School-based OT experience preferred, though passionate new travelers are encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Adjust caseload management as assigned (grades and specifics TBD)
