We are currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time school-based opportunity in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This position supports students in a collaborative educational setting during the summer session.
Position Details
Part-time schedule
Monday–Thursday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Open to virtual (VOCO) candidates
School assignment details to be determined
Caseload: PreK–8th grade students
Qualifications
Active Louisiana Department of Education (LA DOE) certification/license required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Collaborate with educational teams to support student success
Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with families and staff
Additional Requirements
District background check required
Fingerprinting required prior to start date
