Key Qualifications:
- Current license from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
- Valid or eligible license from the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health
- Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA-CCC) or strong Clinical Fellow candidates
- Relevant experience or interest in serving an elementary school caseload
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive educational atmosphere
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, develop IEP goals, and collaborate on progress monitoring

- Maintain required documentation, progress notes, and compliance with all district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team collaborations
