This full-time opportunity involves working with preschool and Child Find programs, helping to identify and serve children with communication needs at a pivotal stage. Required Qualifications & Licensure:
- Active Arizona State Speech-Language Pathology License
- Valid SLP Educator Certificate
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Experience working with preschoolers and/or early childhood assessment preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for preschool and Child Find referrals
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans to address student goals
- Collaborate with general and special education teams, as well as families, to ensure integrated support
- Manage a caseload that may range from 30-60 students, depending on distribution of evaluation and therapy duties
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
