Job Type: Full-Time Contract (20252026 School Year)
Weekly Pay: $20$30/hr (based on experience)

Were seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional for the 20252026 school year in Acton, MA. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students with disabilities
• Assist teachers in implementing IEP goals and behavior support plans
• Adapt lessons and classroom materials to meet individual learning needs
• Foster a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to promote student success

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or associate degree required (Bachelors preferred)
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities strongly preferred
• Active Massachusetts Paraprofessional License (or willingness to obtain)
• Must pass background and fingerprint checks
