What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required)
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based experience highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students achieve their full potential
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy for assigned students (caseload and school locations to be determined)
- Develop and implement targeted treatment plans addressing a range of speech and communication disorders
- Conduct evaluations, write reports, and maintain accurate documentation consistent with district standards
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other service providers to support students’ IEP goals and academic progression
- Participate in school-based meetings to advocate for student needs and support multidisciplinary team efforts
- Follow all district credentialing requirements, including drug screening and fingerprinting
Enjoy working a predictable schedule aligned with the school calendar—Monday through Friday, 7 hours per day plus a 30-minute lunch, totaling 35 hours each week. All candidates undergo internal prescreening prior to district submission. Note that final offers are contingent upon school board renewal of the district contract following their June 3, 2026 board meeting.
